Questions about paying
- Is the one-time report really one time?
- Yes. You pay once for the report of one result and keep it. Nothing recurs, and nothing is added to your basket.
- Do I need a card to take a test?
- No. Every test and its core result are free, without an account and without a card.
- When will the report be available?
- With the first paid release. Until then the price here is a statement of intent, and the button on this page only takes you to the tests.
- How do I cancel Plus?
- When Plus exists, from your account settings in one step. We will also remind you three days before any trial turns into a charge.
- What about refunds?
- The refund terms are published on the checkout page and on the trust page before anything can be bought.
- Which currency?
- Prices are in US dollars for now. Local pricing comes later and will be stated the same way.
